How Your Company Can Get Involved

Who Should be a Member?

Companies who plan to manufacture, design-to or implement MultiMediaCards should be members. MMCA Members guide and establish worldwide standards for the industry.

The MultiMediaCard Association (MMCA) offers three ways to obtain information or participate: Executive Membership, Affiliate Membership or purchase the System Specification.

Benefits include:

Latest information on emerging changes
Access to "members only" web site including: meeting notes, discussion groups, emerging proposals and other important information.
Access to key discussion groups where members exchange information on MultiMediaCards
Contact with peer members.
- A copy of the latest version of the System Specification Executive members vote on issues guiding the future of MultiMediaCards.
Affiliate membership privileges include attendance at all meetings and access to all key information. Use of the MMCA Logo.

Memberships are available at two levels:
All members receive copies of the MultiMediaCard System Specification.

Executive ($10,000 US per year)
Executive members can attend all meetings, vote on matters vital to the organization, receive copies of meeting minutes and specifications and are eligible to run for the Board of Directors.
Affiliate ($2,500 US per year)
Affiliate members can attend all meetings, receive meeting minutes and specifications.

How to Join

Follow this simple process to become a member of the MMCA:

Step 1: Download Documents

Step 2: Print, Sign and Return Legal Documents
If your company plans to manufacture MultiMediaCards, please download, print, sign and send the following documents back to the MMCA Office. If your company is not going to manufacture MMCs, please proceed to Step 3. If you are a renewing member, you do not need to sign the legal agreements again.

Step 3: Complete and Send Membership Documents
All new members are required to submit MultiMediaCard Association Membership Documents. Please fax or mail two signed sets of documents to the below address. MMCA Administration will send you a fully signed set of documents for your records.

Step 4: Submit Payment
Submit payment (as outlined above) to MultiMediaCard Association. If you have any questions in processing your payment or will require an invoice for processing, please contact admin@mmca.org.

Your membership will be activated upon receipt of both the Membership Documents and payment.

If you are a company wishing to renew your membership, please simply send your renewal payment to MMC Association Administration. If there are updates to your company information, please also fill out and send new Membership Documents.
